Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma-in-Agriculture or any other related discipline/Experienced on Goat rearing related project may be preference.

Job Context:
∎ SEP Sub Project (Goat Rearing) invites application to fill up the following vacancies in their respective units:-
∎ Job Location : Gazipur district and Narasingdhi district.
∎ Project Duration - 2 Years
∎ Service Pattern - Project Based

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, designing and implementation of Capacity Building Training & Advocacy Program under the SEP Project.
∎ Conduction of TNA among Micro- entrepreneurs in Goat Rearing project.
∎ Develop IEC materials, Training Curriculum/Module on Goat health, environment & Business Development.
∎ Organize & Conduction of Training on Goat rearing, health, environment & micro-enterprise development at field level.
∎ Provide technical guidance to the respective Micro-enterprises.
∎ Responsible for marketing, backward and forward linkage development, product branding and packaging.
∎ Group formation, Cluster formation and organize conduction of advocacy meeting/workshop with the concerned stakeholders at district, Upazila & Union level.
∎ Regular monitoring and evaluation of training and advocacy program.
∎ Regular training report preparation.
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by the organization or the Project Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 03 years of relevant working experience.
∎ Requirements: Proven knowledge of organize and conduction of goat rearing training and advocacy program on goat rearing, health, environment & enterprise development. Experiences on conduction of training need assessment (TNA), experiences on development of IEC materials, Training Curriculum/Module, Experiences of micro-enterprise development etc. Good computer knowledge (Microsoft office, Typing (Both English and Bangla).
∎ Willingness to work in the rural areas.
∎ Extensive field visit.
∎ Monitoring micro-enterprises and clusters.
∎ Age Limit : Below 35 years. but relax able age limit for highly experienced in Goat rearing Project.

Salary:
∎ 20,000.00 (BDT) and festival bonus as per project budget.
