Al Ehsan Academy was established in 2025 as a unique educational institution that combines an English Version-based school with a Madrasa system, aiming to provide a well-rounded education rooted in both academic excellence and Islamic values. Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Kindergarten students as a Block Teacher, fostering learning through interactive activities and creative teaching methods..

• Prepare and deliver lessons to students in the assigned subject area.

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.

• Assess student learning through various forms of assessment, such as tests, quizzes, projects, and presentations.

• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their work to support their academic growth.

• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the diverse needs of students.

• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional strategies.

• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and concerns.

• Utilize educational technology and online resources to enhance instruction and student engagement.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational research and best practices in the subject area.

• Participate in professional development activities and workshops to improve teaching skills and knowledge.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
