We are looking for passionate and dedicated teachers to join our academic team, specializing in Mathematics, English, or Bangla. The ideal candidates will possess strong subject expertise, a genuine love for teaching, and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Curriculum Development:

• Teaching & Curriculum Development of the respective subjects.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Mathematics, English, Home Economics or Bangla that align with curriculum standards.
• Prepare and implement lesson plans that address diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Develop and update instructional materials as necessary to enhance learning.

Student Assessment & Evaluation:

• Design and administer quizzes, tests, and assignments to assess student progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve both academically and personally.

Classroom Management & Student Engagement:

• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Encourage active student participation and effectively address learning challenges.

Collaboration & Professional Development:

• Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary activities and projects.
• Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.

Communication & Support:

• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
• Provide additional support to students who need extra assistance to succeed.
