Responsibilities & Context:
Subjects: Math, English, Bangla & Home Economics
We are looking for passionate and dedicated teachers to join our academic team, specializing in Mathematics, English, or Bangla. The ideal candidates will possess strong subject expertise, a genuine love for teaching, and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Curriculum Development:
- Teaching & Curriculum Development of the respective subjects.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Mathematics, English, Home Economics or Bangla that align with curriculum standards.
- Prepare and implement lesson plans that address diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Develop and update instructional materials as necessary to enhance learning.
Student Assessment & Evaluation:
- Design and administer quizzes, tests, and assignments to assess student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve both academically and personally.
Classroom Management & Student Engagement:
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Encourage active student participation and effectively address learning challenges.
Collaboration & Professional Development:
- Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary activities and projects.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.
Communication & Support:
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Provide additional support to students who need extra assistance to succeed.
