∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to engage with students, parents, and staff in a positive and professional manner.
∎ Comprehensive knowledge of all elementary and primary school subjects.
∎ Ability to plan and manage classroom activities effectively.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement lesson plans in line with learning objectives.
∎ Conduct assessments and exams following the guidelines set by Cambridge Assessments.
∎ Deliver constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress.
∎ Fulfill assigned tasks such as attendance records, grading, and reporting.
∎ Share student progress and identify areas for improvement with parents or guardians.
∎ Attend school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events.
∎ Keep up-to-date with educational trends and methods through professional development sessions.
∎ Assist students in extracurricular pursuits and provide guidance when necessary.
∎ Design syllabus, lesson plans, and teaching materials·
∎ Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational approach.
∎ Assess and record student’s progress and provide grades and feedback.
