Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in any discipline.
∎ Diploma in Early Childhood Education will have added advantage.
∎ 1-2 years’ experience in working with children in a classroom setting.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist teachers in designing a full schedule of activities and discover appropriate teaching materials.
∎ Aid the teacher to prepare materials for classroom instruction, including setting up equipment, preparing lesson plans, or organizing learning resources..
∎ Provide basic care and caregiving activities.
∎ Ability to use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor
∎ activities, drawing, interactive participation, etc) to enhance the child’s abilities.
∎ Ability to evaluate children’s development progress to make sure they are on the right learning track.
∎ Assist teachers in communicating with parents and update them on the progress of their children.
∎ Assist the teacher with instruction, including leading small group activities or working with students who need extra support..
∎ Help the teacher to manage classroom behavior, including enforcing rules, monitoring students, and providing positive reinforcement.
∎ Ability to collaborate with other colleagues.
∎ Ability to upgrade teaching standards and safety regulations according to the latest developments in child care system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of using the learning materials for children.
∎ Caring and nurturing attitude towards children.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills focusing on interacting with children.
∎ Basic knowledge in Microsoft word and excel for report generation.
∎ Must be a team player.
