Al Ehsan Academy was established in 2025 as a unique educational institution that combines an English Version-based school with a Madrasa system, aiming to provide a well-rounded education rooted in both academic excellence and Islamic values. The academy follows the NCTB English Version curriculum, ensuring students receive a modern education aligned with national standards while being grounded in moral and spiritual development. Subjects currently taught include Bangla, English, math, science, ICT, social science, Islamic studies / moral education, and drawing.

The institution is located at Kha-100/2C, Lake City Road (Apex/Mina Bazar Building), Khilkhet, Dhaka-1229.

Job Responsibilities:

• Teach Arabic language and basic Islamic studies to students in assigned classes.
• Prepare and deliver lesson plans according to both NCTB English Version and Madrasa syllabus.
• Create an engaging and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Assist in organizing school events, religious programs, and extra-curricular activities.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
• Collaborate with other teachers and the academic coordinator to ensure curriculum alignment.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance and progress.
