Al Ehsan Academy was established in 2025 as a unique educational institution that combines an English Version-based school with a Madrasa system, aiming to provide a well-rounded education rooted in both academic excellence and Islamic values. The academy follows the NCTB English Version curriculum, ensuring students receive a modern education aligned with national standards while being grounded in moral and spiritual development. Subjects currently taught include Bangla, English, math, science, ICT, social science, Islamic studies / moral education, and drawing.
The institution is located at Kha-100/2C, Lake City Road (Apex/Mina Bazar Building), Khilkhet, Dhaka-1229.
Job Responsibilities:
Teach Arabic language and basic Islamic studies to students in assigned classes.
Prepare and deliver lesson plans according to both NCTB English Version and Madrasa syllabus.
Create an engaging and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
Evaluate and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
Assist in organizing school events, religious programs, and extra-curricular activities.
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
Collaborate with other teachers and the academic coordinator to ensure curriculum alignment.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance and progress.
