∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE, ETE or EEE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ccna, VOIP Solutions
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring: Networks subsystem alarms (core, datacom, transmission and billing); various KPIs (ASR, ACD, NER, PDD) and Traffic targets/thresholds.
∎ Troubleshooting, Escalation & Resolution: Resolution of both Network and Customer issues through first level fault/alarm handling or escalation to relevant concerns.
∎ Client Interactions: Responding to request by calls or emails from various parties including customers, regulatory authorities, internal management, etc.
∎ Documentation & Reporting : Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports; preparing various hourly/daily/weekly/monthly reports and send out to various directions (management, BTRC, loF etc.)
