Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE,EEE etc
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA,CCNP,MTCNA

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 24/7 roster duty of monitoring NOC and customer care.
∎ Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Mikrotik, Huawei Router, switch and other network devices.
∎ Give customer support both physically and over the phone.
∎ Maintain good relation with client.
∎ Configure MPLS/IPSec/GRE VPN.
∎ Configure L3/L2Tunnel in Miktrotik.
∎ Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
∎ Access Network device management & troubleshoot
∎ Upcoming client onboarding & implementation
∎ Client link live configuration & Handover
∎ Provide technical support & service different connected client
∎ Monitoring different link, BW & devices for ISP & client network
∎ Planning & sharing experiences with team to improve service delivery
∎ Install & configure access router as per requirement
∎ Management of ISP Manage Service Software
∎ Coordinate with ISP & GFCL marketing for their issues
∎ Creation and allocation packages for last end users
∎ Working Report creation Daily/Weekly/Monthly

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Have to have good communication skills
∎ Strong knowledge of IP routing, MPLS, VLANs, internetworking protocols
∎ Strong Knowledge in Mikrotik Router with DHCP & PPoE Basic
∎ Knowledge in Layer2(MAC, VLAN etc.) Network
∎ Basic knowledge in Network Topology & Linux Server & AAA Server
∎ Excellent computer skills with proven proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
∎ Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal skills.
