∎ Defense background, Bangladeshi any defense force like Army, Navy, Air Force, Ansar Retd. person or any security
∎ Firm or Company similar position will get preference
∎ 5 to 7 years of experience with at least 4 years of experience in security force supervise
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to work in a team
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience
∎ Able to work extended working hour
∎ Reliable, responsible, able to exercise good judgment, disciplined and able to respond quickly to orders
∎ Possess life sustaining first aid skills (FPOS-Basic or recognized equivalent will be preferable)
∎ Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for monitor the security of the company and ensure they perform their duties effectively
∎ Daily Project (Ongoing) and Complex (After Handover project)
∎ Visit and follow up the guard force Motivate security personnel & guide them
∎ Conduct Night visit & check discrepancies
∎ Ensures that the tracking technology and all emergency communications equipment is functioning and reporting to Head Office
∎ Maintains and revises emergency contact numbers for the Security Guard
∎ Maintains current list of contact numbers and place of residence
∎ Serves as command and control center for emergency situations by maintaining communications with guard force personnel
∎ Assign duties and tasks to security guard force based on operational needs and report to H/O
∎ Movement register and Attendance Register Check
∎ Monthly Attendance sheet prepare and send it to H/O
∎ Maintain accurate records of security incidents, reports, and daily activities
∎ Overall maintain and follow up and guide guard force of the company at field level
