Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced female professional with a strong background in sales within the beauty, skincare, or health industry. The ideal candidate should have 1.5 – 5 years of proven experience, preferably with well-known brands, and a deep understanding of customer needs in this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with professional communication

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

• Collaborate with management to design and execute sales strategies

• Educate customers on beauty, skincare, and health products effectively

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to drive improvements

• Perform product research to identify new opportunities and customer trends

• Salary Range: 25,000 - 30,000 BDT (Negotiable depending on experience)
