Job Context:
The Assistance Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for devising sales strategies and plans for attain individual sales targets. The successful candidate will actively engage in primary and secondary sales, establish a robust sales network, and oversee sales of impoted products. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
Workplace: Fieldwork in the confectionary, consumer, and cosmetics markets.
Responsibilities:
Meet sales targets and company objectives.
Establish dealers within the first month of employment.
Develop modern and effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Supervise, monitor, and support team members to retain existing and potential customers and enhance sales volume.
Conduct frequent field visits to cultivate relationships with retailers, dealers, and sales executives.
Appoint new dealers in underserved areas to meet sales targets.
Prepare management reports such as sales reports, sales forecasts, target setups, and market analyses.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers and efficiently meet their requirements.
Provide feedback on competitor activities to management.
Acquire comprehensive product knowledge of both our products and competitors`, including pricing, features, and promotional activities, and train the sales team accordingly.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
