Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

The Assistance Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for devising sales strategies and plans for attain individual sales targets. The successful candidate will actively engage in primary and secondary sales, establish a robust sales network, and oversee sales of impoted products. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Workplace: Fieldwork in the confectionary, consumer, and cosmetics markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales targets and company objectives.

  • Establish dealers within the first month of employment.

  • Develop modern and effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

  • Supervise, monitor, and support team members to retain existing and potential customers and enhance sales volume.

  • Conduct frequent field visits to cultivate relationships with retailers, dealers, and sales executives.

  • Appoint new dealers in underserved areas to meet sales targets.

  • Prepare management reports such as sales reports, sales forecasts, target setups, and market analyses.

  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers and efficiently meet their requirements.

  • Provide feedback on competitor activities to management.

  • Acquire comprehensive product knowledge of both our products and competitors`, including pricing, features, and promotional activities, and train the sales team accordingly.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
