  • Candidates having MBA/PGD in Supply Chain Management will be given preference.
  • Professional training in supply chain Management will be added additional value.

  • Well conversant with Microsoft office application (MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point).
  • Excellent typing speed both Bengali & English typing.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Collecting requirement of various departments and inviting of quotations from different sources and market survey report, preparing comparative statements, obtaining approvals and issue work order.

  • Ensuring the process of procurement, inventory, supply, logistics and distribution.

  • Making enlistment of suppliers.

  • Analyzing the quotation, quality and quantity of items.

  • Analyzing the performance of suppliers and search for new procurement sources and market price verification.

  • Ensure the timely supply of materials from supplier and to verify qualities and quantities of the materials through proper inspection report.

  • Process of materials against proper requisition.

  • Maintaining the accurate records of purchased materials.

  • Issue of materials against proper requisition.

  • Outstanding bills and balance to be reconciled in every month.

  • Responsible for day to day operational activities such as delivery follow up, daily stock monitoring etc.

  • Should have Dynamic, Energetic with analytical ability and excellent communication & interpersonal skill.

  • Carry out responsibilities as decided by top Management.



Job Other Benifits:
