Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure construction projects adhere to specified quality standards, codes, and regulations by implementing rigorous quality processes.
Conduct inspections and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives for improving processes, and products to achieve superior construction outcomes.
Ensure the quality of the major construction materials.
Train engineers, workers, and foremen.
Reduce the errors in construction.
Report quality issues to the Head of the Department.
Carry out any other jobs, as assigned by management.
