Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to ensure proper maintenance of log-books and vehicles' movement and uses
∎ Prepare driver's overtime schedule report, fuel entry report & vehicle expenditure report, etc
∎ Update the daily work of drivers such as leave, field visit and requisition entry in the system
∎ Prepare fuel bills, project bills, department bills, private bills etc. & check regular employees' applications regarding route changes or cancellation requisition form
∎ Fill up the bills properly and send to Finance Department for further processing
∎ Maintain transport software, follow-up log-books with fuel, toll, conveyance and food bill entries
∎ Monitor vehicle and log-book through VTS
∎ Perform and other tasks assigned by the management as per requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ 1 year of relevant work experience (Preferably in Data Entry)
∎ Good knowledge and skills on data entry related work
∎ Any computer course on MS office programs
∎ Experience in working with transport management software operations
∎ Expertise in computer office automation & report preparing
∎ Good typing speed both in English and Bengali
∎ Analytical ability along with communication and negotiation skills
