Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ Accounting Backgrounder will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer Operating, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely Money receipts posting in ERP & reports accordingly.
∎ Bank collection confirmation & reconciliation
∎ Ensure timely Money receipts checked with bank deposit slip Customers ledger & bank ledger accordingly
∎ Handling accounts receivable /payable
∎ Have to convince Customers, sales officer & others stakeholder over the phone or email to take service or confirm the collection posting and ledger update.
∎ Provide positive attitude & good verbal communication to sales officer & others.
∎ DO approval as per Company police.
∎ Checked price list, party ledger Debit/Credit balance in ERP.
∎ Customer’s ledgers monthly/yearly closing, timely ensures Sales return posting & Bill checking as accordingly.
∎ Should have the ability good verbal communication to Sales Officer, Depot-In-Charge, Store Keeper, Distribution & others over the phone.
∎ Perform any other duties / responsibilities assigned by authorities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have the ability to operate ERP software and office Application.
∎ Should have experience in the following areas > MS word, MS Excel & Power point.
Salary:
∎ 12000tk Monthly Salary + Lunch (3000tk) + Mobile Bill (500tk) + Evening Snack (1500tk)
