Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle petty Cash, Cheque & Bank transaction and maintain register.
∎ Prepare Bank Book, Cash Book and Voucher from D365 Finance Software.
∎ Prepare monthly payroll, pay slip and disburse salary & allowances to the co-workers.
∎ Prepare documents related to applicable VAT & Tax deduction and ensure deposit the same to the Govt. Exchequer.
∎ Maintain all kinds of official Register.
∎ Support purchase & sale committee in VAT/TAX related issues & preparing comparative statement.
∎ Prepare Reports/Documents for Govt. Compliances & External Auditors.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After probation period of 06 (Six) months, upon confirmation, incumbent will be entitled to receive regular Salary Scale along with Festival Bonus, Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity, Children's Education Allowance, Group Insurance (Death & Accidental) as per existing policy of the organization.
