Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate /Post Graduate.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and coordinate work of other team members.
∎ The job might include fact-checking information after scripting and before it goes on air.
∎ Editors often decide leads, run spell checks and do simple edits to remove grammatical errors.
∎ At larger media outlets, an assistant editor can have a more substantive role, including handling the duties of higher-ranked editors when they are away, planning editorial calendars, assigning stories and managing and evaluating other editors, reporters and writers.
∎ Generate story text, plan visuals and according to duration allowed using knowledge of layout principles.
∎ Oversee production, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ At least 6 to 10 years experience in related task.
∎ Age not over 38 years.
∎ Excellent communication skills both writing and oral.
∎ Presentation skill will add more value (News and Current Affairs Program).
∎ Must be self motivated, dynamic, energetic and work under pressure.
∎ Skill on video editing, camera operation and news presentation will be given preference.
∎ Having good moral/human character.

Salary: Negotiable
