Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Merchandising Entry: Accurately input merchandising data into SAP, including product details, pricing, quantities, and other essential information related to the garment production process.
∎ Report Generation: Produce regular reports related to costing, margins, inventory status.
∎ Inventory Management: Support the tracking and management of garment inventory, ensuring the data is up-to-date and discrepancies are identified and addressed.
∎ Communication with the Merchandising Team: Work closely with the merchandising team to gather relevant data for reporting, production planning, and other operational requirements.
∎ Trend Analysis: Assist in analyzing trends from reports to support future merchandising decisions, recommending adjustments based on performance data.
∎ Documentation and Filing: Maintain accurate records of all reports, communications, and transactions in both physical and digital formats.
∎ Process Improvement: Suggest and assist in improving reporting processes for better efficiency and data accuracy.
