Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving the set revenue targets through efficient and systematic distribution of air-way bills and identifying resources to improve bottom line.
∎ Responsible to achieve sales target set by Management.
∎ Establish and enhance distribution network, liaise with direct clients to ensure repeat sales, continuous market research with the focus on future growth opportunities,
∎ Gathering market information on competition, liaise closely with Cargo Operations to improve on revenue generation,
∎ Plan marketing/sales activities at the station level for increasing customer base, Cost control through maximum utilization of available resources and cross utilization of resources, Optimizing customer satisfaction by improving operational efficiency and understanding and meeting client requirements.
∎ To create awareness of all the products and services in the area to magnify market influence and generate sales.
∎ Capacity to develop new products to improve the market reach and improve the yields, pricing strategies and implement the m across USBA Cargo Network.
∎ Prepare marketing plans and strategies to improve market reach and distribution of the product. Candidate shall also handle corporate clientele and services with cost effective solutions.
∎ Coordinate between Airport Cargo Operations and Outstations for shipments requiring Special Handling/ Attention to ensure smooth movement of Cargo.
∎ Assist customers/clients with all the information related to booking/ forwarding/delivery liaising with local Ground Handling Agents and with cargo Candidate ad.
∎ involved in distributing USBA promotional items, circulars, memos and announcements to the agents to provide information on USBA products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age: 27-35 years
∎ Ability to maintain liaison with relevant authorities
∎ Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft office
∎ Good communication ability in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Leadership quality to lead the Cargo team
∎ Should have a good network for market research in the Aviation industry. Should have strong analytical skills for formulating business plans based on market research. Candidate should have strong interpersonal skills
