∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have the capability to make decisions that affect the safety and security of cargo operation within USBA network
∎ Should conduct cargo operations in accordance with applicable regulations and standards as laid down in this manual.
∎ • Candidate shall maintain and retain all operational documents (manuals, circulars etc.).
∎ Establish and maintain close relationship with internal and external authorities who have direct impact on business.
∎ Responsible for ensuring OTP is maintained even though ground time is reduced due to late arrival of flights. Ensure quick turnaround procedures are followed, Cargo loading/ unloading is carried out smoothly under effective supervision and control.
∎ Establish and maintain close relationship with internal and external authorities who have direct impact on business.
∎ Responsible for efficient handling outbound and inbound Cargo to and from the station.
∎ Ensure proper packing, marking and weight is mentioned on the packet/IDG before acceptance.
∎ Ensure proper segregation/trolley make up are done and that the cargo is dispatch Candidate d from warehouse properly with all relevant documents.
∎ Ensure proper messages are forwarded to various destinations of location of cargo and documents etc.
∎ Ensure incoming cargo is properly segregated and delivered to consignee and ensure proper messages are send of discrepancy if any.
∎ Ensure that Cargo Agents are issued correct Airway bills
∎ The responsibilities described above are not limited / exhaustive and also includes other additional responsibilities which may be intimated to him from management as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age: 27-35 years
∎ Ability to maintain liaison with relevant authorities
∎ Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft office
∎ Good communication ability in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Leadership quality to lead the Cargo team
∎ Pre-requisite knowledge, skills, and experience in cargo operations
∎ Should have in-depth knowledge of IATA rules and Cargo handling procedures.
∎ Candidates having experience in Cargo Operation in any airlines will be given preference
