Educational Requirements:

∎ Master's degree in accounting with a concentration in accounting & Audit.

Accounts and audit, Compliance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researching companies in detail prior to commencing the auditing process.
∎ Planning financial audits of businesses from start to finish.
∎ Collecting, preparing, and organizing physical and digital documentation for auditing processes.
∎ Identifying key areas and issues for further investigation and analysis.
∎ Assessing core business competencies and valuations. Evaluating figures, accounts, and statements with other auditing clerks, internal auditors, and tax officers.
∎ Verifying documents, figures, and account details for auditing. Assisting other stakeholders in determining valuations, figures, and projections.
∎ Compiling and presenting findings in written and verbal forms to senior members of the auditing team.
∎ Recommending and advising on subsequent actions and processes to be undertaken by the business.
∎ Petty Cash Maintenance & Collect all purchase data from source documents , Check and verify all purchase bills with related supporting documents
∎ Provide daily purchase entry to ERP software within time limits
∎ Communicated with outlets about purchase related issues
∎ Reconciling RM and finished goods inventories & Conducting physical inventories
∎ Perform any special duties assigned by management
∎ Carrying out branch visit for 2-3 days in a week.
∎ Physical counting of finished goods and raw materials and reconciling it with stock ledger.
∎ Performing frequent market visits for price verification.
∎ Performing wastage analysis for all branches , Product price comparison for all branches & Carrying out pre-audit for a large amount of bills.
∎ Ensure product quality checking.
∎ Visit (Dhaka & Chittagong) on regular basis.
∎ Efficiency in Internal Audit Plan
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hard working & willing to work under pressure.
