∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ CA Professional level completed (preferable) or Qualified CMA

∎ Knowledge of any computerized accounting system.
∎ Sound Knowledge of Income Tax & VAT laws.
∎ Able to coordinate and motivate a team towards a common goal.
∎ Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
∎ Business and profit minded with related technical know how.
∎ Able to interact with all levels of management and Taxation authority.
∎ Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Acts quickly and decisively.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee Group Tax Reporting through the cloud-based module.
∎ Manage VAT Returns and Compliance, including filing, reconciliation, and data management via NBR-recognized VAT software.
∎ Handle e-TDS Management using NBR's web-based solution.
∎ Ensure Corporate Tax Filing & Compliance and liaise with tax authorities and consultants.
∎ Manage International Tax and Transfer Pricing documentation and compliance.
∎ Support Tax Audits and provide detailed reports to senior management.
∎ Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with regulations.
∎ Monitor tax law changes and update internal processes.
∎ Manage tax-related data and address system issues.
∎ Assist in audits, collaborating with consultants like KPMG.
∎ Ensure compliance with TDS and withholding tax obligations.
∎ Regularly report to sub-regional and group-level management.
