Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieving individual sales target.
∎ Find prospective client by door-to-door visit.
∎ Maintain and update customer database.
∎ Fixing time with customer about project visits and briefing them about the projects for sales maximization.
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
∎ Respond to client inquiries and provide property information, features, and benefits.
∎ Arrange and conduct property site visits and presentations for potential clients.
∎ Negotiate pricing, terms and agreements to close sales deals effectively.
∎ Assisting sales closing.
∎ Maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
∎ Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM software.
∎ Provide Weekly reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
∎ Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and market feedback.
∎ Represent the company at property expos, trade fairs, and other promotional events.
