Achieving individual sales target.
Find prospective client by door-to-door visit.
Maintain and update customer database.
Fixing time with customer about project visits and briefing them about the projects for sales maximization.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
Respond to client inquiries and provide property information, features, and benefits.
Arrange and conduct property site visits and presentations for potential clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms and agreements to close sales deals effectively.
Assisting sales closing.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM software.
Provide Weekly reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and market feedback.
Represent the company at property expos, trade fairs, and other promotional events.
