∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-Ordination with VAT & Delivery and reconciliation all report
∎ Checking monthly VAT returns 9.1-(Centrally) with required supporting and submission to VAT authorities on time.
∎ Informing all concerned of all service centers about amendment of VAT rules
∎ Monthly Reconciliation of VAT Statement with Monthly Statement of Accounts.
∎ Communication for all VAT related affairs with VAT
∎ The following VAT records are to be updated - [Purchase Register Mushak-6.1, Sales Register Mushak-6.2, Challan Mushak-6.3, Challan Mushak-6.5, Credit Note Mushak-6.7. and VAT return Musak-9.1] These mushaks are checked and maintained under rule-40. Prepare and provide related documents for VAT Audit conducted by different VAT.
∎ In case of importation of new parts or increase in price, declaration of value at VAT office through Musak-4.3 and reported to VAT office.
∎ Coordinate and liaise with Accounts, Warehouse and purchasing departments to ensure VAT related activities.
∎ Regularly providing VAT related tasks, information and problem solving with other Service Centers and liaising with all Service Centres, Liaising with Whole Time Head of Department.
