Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage implementation of assigned brands or category's AMP in line with business's strategy
∎ Develop & own brands' short-term brand plans including budget
∎ Drive campaigns that are integrated and direct-impact designated brand/category's sales
∎ Evaluate marketing activities; monitor & understand key marketing KPIs & implications
∎ Generate, analyze & interpret market, consumer/shopper & competitor/customer data
∎ Provide articulate briefs to relevant internal or external stakeholders to drive creative process
∎ Manage day-to-day agency relationships feeding into their review and selection
∎ Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams across Group to ensure
∎ effective delivery of projects
∎ Act as a champion for the designated brand(s) or category
∎ Give input into category's long-term marketing strategy development
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Females with Consumer Goods marketing experience care encouraged to apply
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill
∎ Proper time-orientation & articulate communication skills, comfort in number-based business environment, logical interpretation
