Job Context:
∎ Laboratory management is the main focus of this job, usually a large packaging lab operation.
∎ [Carton, Narrow fabrics, Elastane, Twill tape, Small box, Poly, Press print, Label etc.]

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Train, manage and lead a large packaging laboratory operation team, with responsibility of quality and quantity of the work of others.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory conditions, safety procedures, equipment, instruments and supplies, files and records.
∎ Research, develop and supervise the preparation of samples for analysis or testing with appropriate methods and techniques.
∎ Root cause analysis for non-conforming points and suggest corrective as well as preventive actions for testing problems.
∎ Arrange all necessary buyer operational manuals, implement SOPs and documentation for accreditation and correlation test.
∎ Set, operate and calibrate analytical instruments, equipment and related components, which may be extremely delicate and sensitive
∎ Participate in discussions of R&D and Quality improvement area based on data analysis and practical expertise of testing.
∎ Maintain contact with vendors and searches commercial market to determine availability and cost of equipment/instruments to meet the needs of department in light of annual budget.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years

∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
∎ The applicant must have at least 1 year working experience in the same position.
