∎ At least 4 years’ experience in sales, preferably in land sales.
∎ Previous experience with land sales focusing in the Uttara, Purbachal and Uttarkhan areas preferred
∎ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, social media, and referrals.
∎ Present and promote land opportunities to clients, highlighting unique selling points and investment potential.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
∎ Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular reports on progress and forecasts.
