Educational Requirements:
∎ Master/ Graduate in any discipline from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Security Incharge, Security Officer, Security Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Aviation Security Management Training (AVSEC) to the new joining security personnel.
∎ Conduct patrols of the whole property including its surroundings for observations and promote safe work practices.
∎ Ensure compliance with Security standards and preventative measures and implement Security standards.
∎ Develop and administer safety incentive programs
∎ Investigate accidents, incidents, thefts, property loss, and unlawful activities in the Airport. Document details and advise the Management.
∎ Coordinate and monitor efficiency, safety & security programs overall in the company, including lost and found procedures.
∎ Audit the different security posts, Fire Preparedness, Safety & Security procedures at least 3 times a year.
∎ Organize training for associates in various safety & Security subjects according to the company requirements, and corporate specifications including documentation.
∎ Prepare duty roster of the security department and submit security-related reports to the Management office regularly.

∎ Work under pressure.
