Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Building Construction or related field and three or more years of HVAC Equipment Sales or related experience.
∎ Equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA and/or progressive field sales experience is a plus.
∎ Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning or Construction industry experience is a must.
∎ Demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels.
∎ Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HVAC, Marketing and Sales of Industrial Equipment, Ventilation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To acquire new commercial, industrial and institutional ventilation / Air conditioning projects and accounts by developing relationships with owners, facility manager and management companies.
∎ To develop sales leads, qualify prospects and make sales calls.
∎ To Demonstrates technical expertise to clients to develop credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment.
∎ To Effectively write, present and communicate bids. Negotiate value and close the sale.
∎ Manages multiple, ongoing, projects particularly focusing on selling Ventilation / HVAC equipment, service and systems.
∎ To keep management informed of progress and account status. Should know when to call for assistance from upper management to keep the sales process moving.
