∎ Skills Required: Buyer Handling, Computer skill, Outstanding organizational and leadership skills, Providing Service to Customers, Technical Knowledge in Industrial Air Compressor
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Expert in Trading Industrial Air Compressor, Field Oriented Work, Sales and Service of Industrial Air Compressor
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Trading or Export/Import
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic plans to promote our air compressors and expand our market presence.
∎ 24/7 willing to engrossment in service-related work for Air compressor, Generator, etc.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing & new clients.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
∎ Implement innovative marketing campaigns both online and offline to boost brand awareness and drive lead generation.
∎ Manage the sales team and provide guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
∎ Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
∎ Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to stay ahead of the competition.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations for the senior management team to highlight achievements, challenges, and future plans.
