• 2–5 years’ experience in real estate sales (Hotel & Resort) in Dhaka.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Smart, confident personality with fluency in both Bangla and English.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure trust, satisfaction, and repeat business.

• Organize and conduct property tours and project site visits for prospective clients.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, digital platform and in-person meetings.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales reports & presentations.

• Working with a team.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful lead conversion.
