Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assistant Sales Manager will be the responsible for assisting Sales Team in all aspects of Sales activities, maximize business opportunities as well as promote the brand image through positive publicity, constructive public relations and appropriate awareness campaigns.
∎ Need to have the ability to analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.
∎ Must be capable to achieve company's sales target.
∎ Achieving individual employee's sales targets as approved by the management.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintain their records in the computer.
∎ Ensure team sales activities by implementation of daily/weekly/quarterly/monthly action plan and evaluate with top management.
∎ Gathering information about the current market scenario/ analysis and update time to time.
∎ Working collaboratively across teams - including Service Support Engineers, Distributions and Business development & audit.
∎ Ensure and maintaining proper records keeping of all sales activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food & Beverage
∎ Strong background and technical knowledge in sales & marketing.
∎ Strong verbal and oral communication in English.
∎ Strong leadership abilities, good communication & strong analytical skills and multi-tasking ability.
∎ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
