Job Context:
∎ US Bangla Airlines Ltd, the largest private airlines of the country, is looking for dynamic & smart individual to join as Assistant Manager- Sales & Marketing for various domestic regions throughout the country.
∎ Domestic Region:
∎ 1. All stations outside Dhaka
∎ 2. Dhaka North
∎ 3. Dhaka South
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to look after the region-based station’s sales activities on behalf of the Management
∎ Responsible for the distribution and sales throughout a particular region.
∎ Manage and support sales team in particular region, ensuring that they reach their sales targets and remain motivated.
∎ Supervise regional reservation and ticketing processes to ensure implementation of company standards.
∎ Meet and help Corporates as well as agents to plan and book their journeys.
∎ Close interaction with Agents to increase their productivity.
∎ Give product presentations to corporates as well as agents.
∎ Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
∎ Continual training and development of all sales members of the region
∎ Coordinate with Managing Director to:
∎ a. Plan strategies to accomplish targets set according to yearly/monthly sales projections.
∎ b. Monitor flight loads and tabulate data
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have to go for frequent tours throughout the country
∎ Should be able to drive
∎ Should have valid driving license
Salary: Tk. 120000 - 150000 (Monthly)
