Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Head office )
∎ Monitoring Sales Force movement through ROBI SFA (OD, Attendance & Visit monitoring) and generate report.
∎ Prepare product wise, area, division, and national wise monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales analysis reports for sales team managers.
∎ Prepare & Check all monthly sales Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance bills of sales force in a month.
∎ Discuss sales invoice and pricing issues with the audit department and present sales reports in sales meetings with PowerPoint, Graph, and Chart Presentation.
∎ Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
∎ Collect sales collection information from accounts department and prepare Invoice/DO details for ERP entry.
∎ Customer management & keeping record of new distributor agreements according to market area.
