Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Business Graduate from reputed university. Additional education/professional certification on security administration or similar field will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to monitor and control all Gemcon Group's offices security situation and determine the risk rating through risk assessments related to safety & security of all offices and establishments.
∎ Coordinate the site administration to implement security policies, regulations, rules, and norms and make sure that the implementation of security protocols.
∎ Regular visit of establishment of assigned areas as per weekly plan and also monitor other officials visit.
∎ Functionally lead and manage the security appointed focal point at the Gemcon Groups' official programs and any corporate events.
∎ Develop effective contingency and response plans to mitigate the impact of any critical security incident of Gemcon Group.
∎ Ensure the operational priorities such as fire safety, avoid theft, risk mitigation in all business concern of Gemcon Group.
∎ Assist in analyzing and evaluating security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement through audit, review, or assessment.
∎ Develop or manage investigation programs, including collection and preservation of video and notes of surveillance processes or investigative interviews.
∎ Investigate incidents and resolve issues, prepare reports for management on security status.
∎ Manage staffing activities, on time recruitment and deployment of security guards, background investigation, assign work, evaluate performance and ensure discipline of the department.
∎ Ensure training to all departmental staffs and provide security briefings periodically.
∎ Develop appropriate policies, plans, protocols and guidelines for the security management of Gemcon Group.
∎ Conduct the fire safety drill periodically.
∎ Prepare various report for the safety & security department.
∎ Prepare annual budget of safety & security department.
∎ Prepare annual training calendar of safety & security department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4-6 years relevant experience in Safety & Security department in a reputed organization.
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Good knowledge on security management and hazards.
∎ Excellent writing skills both in English & Bangla.
∎ Strong analytical skills & very proactive in nature.
∎ Command & control.
∎ Leadership skills.
∎ Physically fit
