Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
∎ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement.
∎ Generate leads, follow up with potential buyers, and close sales deals.
∎ Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
∎ Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and market insights to management.
∎ Supervise and support the sales team to improve performance.
∎ Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations teams as required.
∎ Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
