Responsibilities & Context:
Forecast and analyze production on the basis of SKU and job of an individual buyer for a fixed period of time or shipment on the basis of factory capacity.
Prepare production performance reports and analysis through comparison of planned vs. actual performance (variance) at frequent intervals in terms of output, machine, and worker productivity.
Analyze production efficiency and productivity reports in terms of individual jobs for cutting and sewing.
Prepare and analyze existing and forecasted load/capacity reports in terms of manpower (direct), machines, and materials.
Ensure cut-to-ship ratio.
Ensure weekly and monthly OBS updates and capacity.
Submit and monitor weekly and monthly plans.
Arrange PP meetings for securing goods.
Execute and forecast export plans, conduct variance analysis, and follow up on a regular basis.
Communicate with the merchandising/marketing department to follow up on buyer status.
Prepare production reports in terms of individual jobs for cutting and sewing, Standard Allocated Hours (SAH), and recommend better ways to allocate styles.
Prepare and forecast shipment (export & import) plans, conduct variance analysis, and provide updates regularly.
Coordinate with the manager and attend management meetings regarding plan execution.
Monitor ERP & Fast React rollout and implementation in daily operations.
Guide the planning team.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
