Accounts, Plant Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily transaction update in Tally accounting software.
∎ Stock/ inventory management. (Stock monitoring control & update in Tally).
∎ Fixed assets register and schedule maintenance.
∎ Salary disbursement and Payroll update in Tally
∎ Operational accounting record keeping & update in the system regularly.
∎ Yearly Income tax management & Monthly VAT management.
∎ Credit party management and reporting (as a management requirement)
∎ Company financial reporting.
∎ Monitor & control petty cash management.
∎ HR & Admin database management.
∎ Responsible to manage and coordinate activities of workers engaged in asphalt production.
∎ Overall control of ready-mixed concrete batching and precast production.
∎ Oversee the planning of production and delivery schedule.
∎ Planning and arrangement of staff, manpower, material, and machinery.
∎ Selection of material, supplier, and sub-contractor with approval from management approval.
∎ Expertise on cost and selling price calculations based on market supply and demand.
∎ Ability to lead a team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to use a computer.
∎ Knowledge on English language
∎ Positive attitude towards company's decisions.
