∎ Graduation/Post Graduation in the relevant field

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to manage and coordinate activities of workers engaged in asphalt production.
∎ As well as safely operate asphalt plant to batch materials used in construction. Moves controls on panel board or control board to heat, dry and mix ingredients such as asphalt, sand, stone and oil to produce asphalt paving materials.
∎ Ensure conformance to quality specifications.
∎ Overall control of ready-mixed concrete batching and precast production.
∎ Oversee the planning of production and delivery schedule.
∎ Planning and arrangement of staff, manpower, material and machinery.
∎ Selection of material, supplier and sub-contractor with approval from MD.
∎ Expertise on cost price and selling price calculation based on market supply and demand
∎ Ability to lead a team
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to use computer
∎ Knowledge on English language
∎ Positive attitude towards company's decision

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At lest 5 years working experience at any renowned Ready Mix Company

Salary: Negotiable
