Job Context

The Assistant Manager – Media Planning & Buying is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital and media campaigns to drive retail customer footfall, quality lead generation, and sales growth for Harrington Experience Centers. The role focuses on efficient media buying, campaign performance management, and ensuring measurable ROI aligned with retail business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize campaign budgets for digital and paid media advertising to ensure cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
  • Execute media planning and buying across digital platforms to support brand visibility, lead generation, and retail objectives.
  • Drive retail customer flow to Harrington Experience Centers through targeted digital and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure achievement of retail customer footfall targets at Experience Centers.
  • Generate and monitor quality leads through website and social media funnels, ensuring effective conversion tracking.
  • Manage and optimize post-digital campaign performance across social media and online platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including leads, footfall, conversions, and ROI.
  • Coordinate with sales, retail, creative, and digital teams to align media strategies with business goals.
  • Optimize digital funnels, targeting, creatives, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Liaise with media vendors, platforms, and agencies for campaign execution and performance optimization.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with advertising guidelines across all media platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in media planning and buying.
