Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc/Bachelor degree in any discipline. However, educational qualification is relaxed in respect of relevant experience.
∎ All original certificates will be deposited at the RSF Head Office of the selected candidates at the time of joining.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet the target of the head office team formulate a work plan & strategies to ensure the achievement of distribution network.
∎ Have to achieve annual and monthly sales target volume and profitability targets for the specified territory, ensuring sales and payment collection within the due time frame.
∎ Ensure timely collection/receipt processing of orders and proper invoice tracking for stocking out from stores as per dealers'/customers' requirements.
∎ Organize the distribution team properly for ensuring timely delivery.
∎ Checking daily stock, realizing products as per requirement, and managing inventory.
∎ Supervising, monitoring, checking, and final reconciliation of Depot's monthly receivable, payable accounts, gross cash sales, closing stock statements with bank deposits & coordinate with head office.
∎ Preparing monthly and annual depot operational budgets and ensuring that operational expenditure is within the budget.
∎ Using leadership techniques to motivate and develop own workforce. Identifying training needs of sales representatives, developing professional skills, and product knowledge, and developing and implementing training plans.
∎ Ensure dealer/customer visits regularly. Collect and use market feedback to stay up to date on the industry, competitors, pricing, trade offers, or any other activities.
∎ Connect with the target market in various effective ways, creating new opportunities by understanding specific needs. Establish a business competitive position using research and market-based information.
∎ Provide guidance & direction to subordinates for sales, credit collection, and servicing & regularly monitor them.
∎ Identifying ideal dealers, and establish strong and effectual relationships with them.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the RSF management or superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ We are looking for experienced candidates in the following area(s): Battery industry, Battery Marketing, Experienced in Battery Industry will get preference, Water Battery and dry battery Marketing.
∎ Should have technical knowledge of Solar, IPS, EV, and Mishuk battery fundamentals, accessories, and battery problem findings.
∎ Expert in Microsoft Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Access, MS-Power Point) & Internet browsing, MS outlook.
