We are seeking a strategic, result-oriented, and dynamic leader to join our expanding marketing division. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our high-quality Hospital & Diagnostic services. You will bridge the gap between field execution and management strategy, ensuring our brand remains the preferred choice in the private healthcare sector.
Identify and penetrate new geographical territories and untapped market segments to increase the patient footprint.
Lead the promotion of specialized clinical services and diagnostic packages to corporate clients and the general public.
To promote hospital & diagnostic services to potential clients.
Build and sustain high-level professional relationships with Senior Consultants, Consultant, General Practitioners (GPs), Chemist and administrators of partner clinics/hospitals.
Overlook the referral network involving chemists, diagnostic centers, and local healthcare influencers to ensure a steady stream of referrals.
Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to consistently increase patient flow and diagnostic volume.
Communicate with customers by providing information and collecting customer feedback to help improve services.
Coordinate and implement field marketing in the target area in a timely manner.
To build up a strong marketing team by implementing new and modern marketing strategies.
Arrange to find a new consultant when needed.
Develop & implement different types of strategies to increase patient flow.
Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns when needed. Oversee the implementation of field marketing activities, ensuring timely execution and alignment with the annual marketing calendar.
Manage and mentor a team of Marketing Executives, ensuring they meet their KPIs and maintain high professional standards.
Regular follow-up with existing/ potential customers.
Proactively identify and initiate discussions with potential new consultants to join the facility based on market demand.
Market survey related to health services as when advised by management.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management regarding market share, team performance, and strategic goals.
Any other task assigned by management.
