Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate and trained in Bangladesh Military Academy (B.M.A).
∎ Retired Captain and equivalent rank of other services from Armed Forces are highly encouraged to apply for Manager position.
∎ Retired Seconded Lieutenant/ Lieutenant/Equivalent officer from in Bangladesh Armed Forces are highly encouraged to apply for Asst. Manager/ Dy. Manager position.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and direction the activities of security personnel in consultation with ED-Security.
∎ Exercise command and control of security personnel of factory compound as command by ED-Security.
∎ Notify security weaknesses and works to develop the better practices throughout the factory.
∎ Plan and conduct safety and security awareness meeting with security personnel on periodical basis.
∎ Implement security/safety improvement measures that benefit the company's assets, visitors, foreign buyers, C-TPAT audit and employees as directed by Management.
∎ Monitor the leave, attendance, overtime and day-to-day problems of security personnel of the factory.
∎ Asses the needs of the security of the factory and needs of new security guards.
∎ Train the security guards and handle their grievances.
∎ Deal with incident as and when required.
∎ Maintain liaison with Law enforcing agencies to get their assistance during crisis and develop interpersonal relation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in any security company (such as: RMG, FMCG etc.) after retirement of Armed Forces
∎ At least 5 Years' experience for Asst. Manager/ Deputy manager - Safety & Security Operation.
∎ At least 8 Years' experience for Manager - Safety & Security Operation.
∎ Experienced in Armed Commando/Intelligence/NSI/DGFI/Armed Forces/RAB will be preferred
∎ Well trained in HSE/Plant Safety & Security will be preferred
∎ Excellent communication both written & speaking in English
