• Graduation in any discipline with the experience in Graphic Designing.

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

• Experience working with packaging design and understanding of print production processes.

• Knowledge of motion design and video editing is an added advantage.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially working with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product development.

• Previous experience in designing for export markets will be preferred.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

• Strong portfolio of work. Knowledge of food industry design trends is a plus.

Candidates having experience in FMCG Industry will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

• Design product labels and packaging for various food items such as mango juice, biscuits, noodles, macaroni and other products.

• Collaborate closely with the Export Team to develop creative designs tailored for international markets.

• Work on both digital and print design projects, including brochures, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials.

• Create motion designs, digital marketing content, and product visuals for promotional campaigns.

• Ensure all designs are in compliance with brand guidelines and meet the specific regulatory requirements of export countries.

• Coordinate with the product development and marketing teams to understand design requirements and deliver visually appealing results.

• Provide innovative ideas for new packaging formats, trends, and improvements.

• Maintain a high level of creativity while managing multiple design projects under tight deadlines.

• Keep updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to improve the quality of work.

• Perform any other design-related tasks as assigned by the management.
