Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Masters in Finance from any reputed university.
∎ Part Qualified ACCA / CMA / CIMA / CFA will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AIT, Bank Guarantees, Corporate Finance, Tally Software, TDS, Treasury, VDS
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update treasury reports for the function by collecting & compiling necessary information from all our financing bank statements, liability positions, and loan statements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
∎ Prepare & Update unit-wise function liability position on a monthly basis for Management & Banks.
∎ Prepare vouchers in Tally software for all disbursement of new loans, interest payments and
∎ settlement of the loans.
∎ Prepare cash flow for units by collecting and compiling information from bank statements & different sources.
∎ Issuance of Bank Guarantees like Bid Bond, PG, APG & other Guarantees from Banks as and when required by business. Also do the required communications with Banks and requisition issuer.
∎ Responsible to arrange different types of BG validity extensions from Bank for different purpose.
∎ Obtaining Bangladesh Bank’s approval for Foreign Currency Guarantees/ Stand-by Letter of Credit(SB LC), Counter Guarantee etc.
∎ Responsible for approving collection on CCMIS, after receiving from marketing team and check the Bank confirmation, VAT, AIT, and other necessary input as per documents then approve it and give confirmation to the marketing team.
∎ Prepare collection report for the group on a weekly and monthly basis or as and when required by management.
∎ Responsible for providing daily available bank balance status of collection, OD & CC accounts.
∎ Responsible for collecting all accounts statements, FDR statements, loans statements, and liability positions from the bank on a monthly basis. Also, responsible for organizing and uploading it to synology drive for archiving.
∎ Maintain banks related correspondents for approaching credit facilities, for extending loan maturity, etc.
∎ Responsible for doing all necessary works to maintain existing internet banking facilities and taking initiating to add new accounts to the internet banking facility.
∎ Process bill for vendor payment through BEFTN, RTGS, Pay-order and intra Bank Fund Transfer.
∎ Prepare required documentation for the above transactions
∎ Communicate and monitor banks for execution of Transactions.
∎ Communicate payment confirmation to related supply chain / Procurement or relevant function.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Must have sound knowledge on deduction of TDS, VDS, AIT etc.
∎ Advance Level skills in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point.
∎ You should have a good educational background coupled with excellent communication skills, good command of English, computer literacy, and the ability to work with minimum supervision and flexible hours.
∎ Excellent Negotiation Skill, Creative & Analytical thinking.
