Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operational:
∎ Monthly costing and budgetary variance analysis of marketing divisional costs and delivering required management and Board reports within agreed timelines;
∎ Periodic forecasting of marketing costs throughout the year to reflect evolving business requirements;
∎ Preparing business case, measuring performance and customer behaviour analysis as part of customer lifecycle management (CLM) campaigns;
∎ Liaising across Marketing and Finance division to bring about divisional cost efficiencies and value generation;
∎ Forming realistic financial assumptions and envisioning impacts regarding marketing projects;
∎ Driving meaningful analysis regarding the products and campaigns and timely reporting as per the management and Board requirement;
∎ Strategic:
∎ Finding out the scopes where Finance Business Partnering could embellish itself to add greater values to Marketing division;
∎ Assisting teammates in formulating its strategic visions and driving master projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Capabilities in conducting mathematical calculations and driving meaningful insights;
∎ Reasonable understanding about different costing and budgeting methods, and accounting journals;
∎ An entrepreneurial and a socially confident attitude;
∎ The people skill in terms of understanding, recognising and dealing with differences in knowledge, attitudes and beliefs;
∎ Basic understanding about data-processing software, predominantly Microsoft Excel;
∎ Data visualisation skills in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Power BI will be advantageous.
