Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ M.Com/ MBA (Major AIS) and CA Partly Qualified

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibilities of Fixed Asset Management System & Lease Accounting as per US GAAP and IFRSs.
∎ To prepare CAPEX Budget, and timely periodic reporting of financial information, ensure identification tagging of all movable Fixed Assets.
∎ Check for completeness and accuracy of fixed assets sub ledger and month-end closing activities such as account reconciliations, journal entries and adjustments.
∎ Perform accounting activities as per established accounting standards and procedures.
∎ Involve in technology upgrades and changes related to fixed asset accounting
∎ Maintain fixed asset system for accounting, processing and reporting of the assets.
∎ Organize and maintain fixed asset documentations for references.
∎ Clear knowledge of Lease Accounting as well as Lease accounting software.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Perform any other specific job assigned by Line Manager.

∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Areas of expertise should be Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting
