Plan and develop integrated marketing campaigns with a clear focus on ROI and brand building.
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across platforms: social media, email, PPC, and display ads.
Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven improvements.
Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports and insights.
Content Creation & Distribution
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging digital content tailored for each platform.
Oversee content distribution across channels, including email, website, and social media.
Ensure content consistency and alignment with brand identity and tone.
Social Media Management
Develop and execute social media strategies to boost engagement, brand awareness, and community interaction.
Respond promptly to client queries, follow up, and ensure regular updates across all platforms.
Host and manage live broadcasts on social media as needed.
Have a clear understanding of social media community standards and be capable of resolving copyright or policy issues through communication with platform support teams.
Online Presence Management
Manage and enhance the company’s online presence across digital platforms, ensuring website performance and optimization.
Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
Oversee web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for performance tracking.
Analytics & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other platforms to track KPIs.
Generate and present reports to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations.
Continuously monitor the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and propose improvements.
Budget Management
Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and optimizing digital marketing budgets.
Monitor spending to ensure efficiency and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Communication
Enhanced communication with brand principals and departments, along with improved digital marketing efforts
